On the main menu, press up. The lion head should be highlighted. Then press enter. The Menu options should disappear, leaving the background playing into a wallpaper

On disc 2 of the collector's edition select Creating Narnia. Next select Evolution of an Epic. Arrow down to Anatomy of a Scene. Press the left arrow button twice. The director's chair will be highlighted. Press enter to watch Skandar Keynes eating Turkish Delight until he's sick of it.
